Even before the Data Protection Act, we regarded clients’ affairs as confidential.
We only pass private information relevant to your cover on to insurers and we only disclose information as required by law, e.g. to the Courts, Regulators.
If someone contacts us on your behalf, we reserve the right to refuse to discuss your matters with them unless you have authorised us so to do in writing.
