Combined Initial Disclosure Document (CIDD) |
|
The CIDD document sets out in a brief format the nature of our status and how we can help you. Remember that we are fully independent advisors: we have no allegiance to any insurance company, investment house or lender. Our allegiance and duty are to our clients. Insurances - we are fully independent insurance brokers, choosing products from the whole market. Financial advice (life assurance, pensions etc.) - we are fully independent financial advisors, choosing products from the whole market. Mortgages (and re-mortgages) - we prefer to ask clients questions to narrow down the options available from the whole market. We then present a series of league tables and invite clients to choose what suits them best. Our experience in over 30 years of mortgage broking is that this is most likely to give the best client satisfaction. |

Our experience in over 30 years of mortgage broking is that this is more likely to give satisfaction than our making a recommendation. What suits one person may not suit another with the same financial profile. |
