Some of the products can be bought on line, but there is no substitute for independent advice, which we aspire to deliver in a courteous, friendly and efficient way.

Ø       On-line.  It’s quick.  It’s available 24 hours a day, every day.  You continue to enjoy our after purchase service and independent advice on amendments and claims.

Ø       We still welcome the old tried and tested personal contact, which may be by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter.

Ø      The best of both worlds - try a quote on-line and save it.  Then contact us with the reference number or other identification and ask our opinion as to the best thing to do.  This has advantages for you and us.  It enables you to “play” with different scenarios and see how possible changes affect a quote.  Then (having a better appreciation of the picture) by asking our opinion, you have the benefit of our experience and advice.
